StressChron Framework:

Project code 155
Role Coordinator
Research area Unravelling the fundamentals of glucocorticoid actions across vertebrates
Research topic Glucocorticoid-mediated bone (de)formation
Vertebrate Fish
Species Carp (Cyprinus carpio)

This study investigates the correlation between HPI-axis activity, using expression of key genes and scale cortisol levels as indicators, and the occurrence and variability of skeletal deformations, using ┬ÁCT, in the progeny of a single female and male through-out the life cycle of common carp.
