Abstract:

The research goal is the development of an ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method for quantification of a glucocorticoid profile, as seen in Teleost fish, in whole body of a single fish larva in an EN ISO/IEC 17025 regulated environment and analytical validation according the requirements of the Commission Decision No. 2002/657/EC. Hereby, focus lies on larva from European sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) and sole (Solea solea).
