Abstract:
The research goal is providing a first glimp on the incorporation rate of cortisol in the scale of carp (Cyprinus carpio) using cortisol-d2 spiked feed. Hereby, molecular data on scales are correlated to scale cortisol levels quantified by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS).
